Renaissance Man Rambles

The pieces here are all my own writing, meditating on a specific topic with the goal of finding some conclusion or thesis statement. They mostly reflect my own thinking out loud, in a community, with the goal of arbitrarily chunking off some piece of the world and looking at it closely. They usually contain many links to the places that spawned the thoughts, but the links are not the focus.

The topics here could vary wildly, but in general expect voracious curiosity, pretension, and a more-or-less anarchist perspective on technology, queerness, categorization, food, clothing, art, and the world. If you want a little less philosophizing and a little more structure (but only a little), try the Compendia section, instead.
